MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES

The motivation is the basic phsycological requirement in professional field.For an Organization its employees are the main resources which helps to accompalish its goal. So a sensible organization should outline its strategy to motivate its employees.

The motivation could be Financially,socially,emotionally etc. Certain people often have a assumption of financially motivation is the greatest of all the motivation. But it is one of the basic motivating factor which satisfy the monetory need of  an employee. Basically it can be said it is the initial level of motivation. The jobs available in the market are of different pay scale. These pay scale differences are basically different level of financial motivation which motivate individual to work with an organization. The more is the pay the more is employee motivated to take responsibility and risk. Once Employees are in organization appointed for any post. Employees are being offered perks and incentives between time to time to be motivated towards work.

Organization consists of huge number of people working together. So man being social animal needs some social response towards itself. This basic need of man brings the of requirement social motivation in organization. Every individual feels the work he is doing is very much important to the organization. So his feeling should be respected and should be recognized publically . The recognization could be in the form of any sort of prize. It will give a positive message in the organization which will motivate the employees to work more seriously. By observing these recognization other employees will try to be innovative and quality of the organization will increase.

As every one of us do share some emotions to every things within our sorroundings. So emotional motivation plays very important role in any organization. Properly discussing the target to achieve, Listening to employees issues, Knowing the liking and disliking of individual, Supportive hand in case of emergency are basically some of the emotional motivations. It leads to high degree of confidence in an organization. Employees will be confident to  report  any kind of shortcoming  by sharing their views which will help in  uplifting the organization.

The more are the employees motivated  the more will be the organization efficient. Better efficiency leads to better profit. So its complete in favour of any organization to keep its employees motivated.

FRENZIED EXODUS

The incident of frenzied exodus of people originally from northeastern regions has shown us that the war of Terror is now going to be more technological where the attack will be in completely different way.Whole world saw one more  more channel of terrorism thorugh which any country could be attacked.The irony is that resources they used were completely our's and that is our own ploughed  internal conflict.Since the relegious disharmony is very common in our country so the govt never thought of the level  to which this situation could be exploited.The terror group Planned it smartly and without sending a single terrorist in our country, they attacked physcologically to the people of one particlar state.The insecurity feeling were so deeper in the heart of North east people that they started coming back to their home leaving behind their years of professional life.

The govt blocked more than 250 Web sites and restricted SMS to 5 per day which allegedly contained images and videos  doctored to incite retaliation attacks from Muslims.It was effective to much extent to stop this terror activity.Things look normal now but the damage has been  already done. The fact is Thousands of people are sufferer of this incident. And the terror group must be celebrating their success of achieving main objective.

Our retaliation should be more stronger.We should use the same technology in much larger context than theirs, making their technological smartness dwarf infront of ours. The smses with the message of being calm along with the official mobilenumber of city and district higher police officer should be circulated to every mobile number in the affected area.Thousands of helpline number should be circulated continuously for reporting any attacks.There should be official warning circulated in the Media, Government website and social networking site to every concerned police department about any indiciplinary act will lead to severe punishment.

Our real victory was only when we would have exploded this terror plan badly by preventing the exodus of people

AFSPA REMOVAL!

These days AFSPA removal issue is being taken by the Kashmiri very seriously.The Chief Minister of Kashmir Omar Abdullah  is visiting all the higher authority in govt for removal of  Afspa from some parts of  kashmir.He is raising this issue from the day when he became the CM of J&K.Recently he met with Indian Prime Minister to press his demand of revocation of this law from three district.Later he met with Sonia Gandhi ,P chidambaram and Pranab Mukharjee.P Chidambaram even support his proposal infront of Media and showed confidence that AFSPA could be revoked from three districts of Kashmir. However Defence Minister A K Antony seems to be cautious on this matter and responded that matter is very sensetive and need to be handled in much mature way.Indian Army too seems to be very cautious about this issue.and clearly stated that if AFSPA is revoked from kashmir then kashmir will be independent state by 2016.
                                      1st we need to understand AFSPA.AFSPA is the special power given to Indian Army in disturbed area where the local police cannot tackle the failed administration.Under this act Army has authority to use force,arrest without warrent and search any premise  without prior permission against any individual or group in  that disturbed area.The area comes under Disturbed category when there is striking terror in the people or any section of the people, questioning or disrupting the ‘sovereignty and territorial integrity’ of India, or causing insult to the Indian national flag, the Indian national anthem and the constitution of India; etc.The governor of state  or central govt  can declare whole or any part of state as disturbed area and approved for implementing AFSPA in that region.AFSPA in Kashmir received the approval of the Indian President on the 10 September 1990.As we all know that was the time when the Kashmir valley was burning in the fire of Terrorism and seperatist feeling.There were massacar of kashmiri pandits and they were forced to leave the Kashmir.Millitants insurgency increased in large extent.The anti Indian slogans were coming from every street of valley.People were openly insulting the Indian constitution.The India Flag  could be seen burnt at every road.All the above scenario forced the Indian Govt to approved AFSPA in Kashmir valley.
                          As Soon as ASFPA implemnted in Valley.Army took the charge of state to bring back the peace process and to stop the militant insurgency from the neighbouring country.and since then they are Active in valley.In the last two decade they had done many terrorist operations and reduce the militant insurgency.To much extent they have improved the situation of Kashmir.No doubt there are many cases of Army brutality in the region.Army missuse this special act and many innocent people have been executed under this Law.The peoples dying and disappearing in Army custody often comes in the News.The ar,y interferance in personal and social life of Kashmiri's has so increased that the voice for  revoking of AFSPA is increasing day by day.
                                            These days too we hear the terror activity in valley but its less in number when compare to those days on the basis of which AFSPA was approved.People actively participate in elections.They raise their voice in support or against in the new  govt policy.They debate and discuss there problem to which is of natianal concensus.They peacefully demonstrate the issue by which they feel hurted.They  now talk about development,Trade & Higher Studies opportunities.
                                     Now the question here we have  Is  Kashmir  in  that stage from where we can withdraw the AFSPA?To this question Army as very determined answer as NO and to support it they have strong point too.Army has submitted the proper document to indian govt about lethal consequences of Revoking of AFSPA from Srinagar.Army claimed that lifting the AFSPA would provoke large-scale disturbances which, in the context of the looming withdrawal of western forces from Afghanistan and the enhanced presence of members of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference on the United Nations Security Council, would lead to Jammu and Kashmir's independence. It is being doubted that as large part of Kashmiri population raising there concern on proper availability of basic amenities in Kashmir. where as only some sections people,who are backed by ISI  raising their voice for revoking AFSPA.
                                But the fact can also not be denied that Mood of Kashmiri people are  changing  from militancy to democracy.They are raising there demand in democratic manner.Still some section of people are there who often create the tense environment But for some section of people we cannot hold the complete region under this brutual law.By looking the need of an hour Govt should bring some liberalization under this Law which reduce the authority of Army to little extent and give some power to peoples ok kashmir so that they too have confidence about the justice under AFSPA.The govt should properly analyse this Act  and should dismantle  some power of Army under this Act which is not needed today.There should be provision too under this act that amry had to clear the case of people arrested under AFSPA within a defined period of time.The proper documention should be also there under which any body can get the information about the progress of every activity under AFSPA.
AFSPA can not be removed at a time.We cannot the ignore the Army point of View because they are the one who are going to handle if the situation worsen once again.But we can libralized this Act  slowly.and according to the situation we can increase or decrease the intensity of ASPFA.
                       

          

                          
               

Kalam Security Frisk! Sensational Issue ?

 The Ex-President of India Dr A P J Abdul Kalam was double frisked at  New York's JFK Airport on 29th Sept about a month ago.Although being a Ex-President he has to go through the private screening .Its the 2nd time the Ex-President has been victim of this strignent screening of USA.So the  Indian Govt is raising the  voice firmly against this insult of the person who is World Famous and belong to very high strature.The question lies here is Indian Govt  that much serious and really hurt about Kalam's often Frisking in USA.Is there any protocol between india and US according to which our Dignitaries can exempt from Screening.
The civil aviation ministry took up the issue of VVIPs being subjected to checks,that include taking off shoes or belts,before boarding flights headed to the US.The US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is learnt to have told India that their laws dont grant any such exemption.Thereafter,the ministrys team pushed for having a separate enclosure for the VVIPs where they could be frisked before being allowed to board the aircraft and not at the aerobridge in front of all other fliers. The Indian government has featured a list of names of the VIPs and the VVIPs to be provided a boarding of luxury class in any flight and not to go through the mandatory screening for security purposes. But the list given by India is just too lengthy. The luxury class treatment has been offered only to the leaders of the states who travel in private airlines in United States, whereas extended to a host of VVIPS in India is a big concern. Since security is a paramount concern for the Americans after 9/11. No wonder breach of such protocols was all but to take place.Latter it was known that the TSA responded that they Cant Stop Security Checks At Aerobridge,But Can Consider Privacy Plea.
The question is why indian VVIP's need special treatment every where.No body has heared any reaction of Kalam regarding this frisk.I am sure he is aware of the importance of security frisk and considering himself  equivalent to common man dont even think of  oppose it. Its the VVIP's of India who consider them self above law and order.They have the  habbit of every security place exemption   in India and feel very deeply hurt when ever they have to go through tough  screening process like a common man in US. Its their Pain and bad experience who got the chance to criticise the effective screening process has avoided any other terrorist attack after 9/11 or you can say it in other way they got a chance to put their proposal again with strong reason.

 If Kalam being the Ex-President of India is double frisked in US Airport then this is completely slip of Indian govt and Indian Embassy in US.Why  TSA was not informed in well advanced about Kalam's Visit to the state.Is it not the responsibility of Indian external affairs Ministry track completely the complete journey of Kalam and informed the related countries in advance about it. If India want to prevent this unlikely things happen in future then proper homework should be done by external affairs ministry.Ministry should know when and where our Dignitaries are going. In the present age of terrorism the the americans are much paranoid about security concern and least bother about whom they are frisking.
Why to make an issue if American security official are doing their job.Was there any prior permission for  Kalam exemption from screening?Was he travelling with Diplomatic Passport?He was not on any official tour.So official might not recognise him and such unfortunate things happen with him.But we should learn some thing from this incident.Country security should be on the top of every body.We too should have proper Screening process  in all important places for every one.By this way only we can stop the 26/11 kind of incident in India.as US has stopped 9/11 kind of incident.
