MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES


The motivation is the basic phsycological requirement in professional field.For an Organization its employees are the main resources which helps to accompalish its goal. So a sensible organization should outline its strategy to motivate its employees.

The motivation could be Financially,socially,emotionally etc. Certain people often have a assumption of financially motivation is the greatest of all the motivation. But it is one of the basic motivating factor which satisfy the monetory need of  an employee. Basically it can be said it is the initial level of motivation. The jobs available in the market are of different pay scale. These pay scale differences are basically different level of financial motivation which motivate individual to work with an organization. The more is the pay the more is employee motivated to take responsibility and risk. Once Employees are in organization appointed for any post. Employees are being offered perks and incentives between time to time to be motivated towards work.

Organization consists of huge number of people working together. So man being social animal needs some social response towards itself. This basic need of man brings the of requirement social motivation in organization. Every individual feels the work he is doing is very much important to the organization. So his feeling should be respected and should be recognized publically . The recognization could be in the form of any sort of prize. It will give a positive message in the organization which will motivate the employees to work more seriously. By observing these recognization other employees will try to be innovative and quality of the organization will increase.

As every one of us do share some emotions to every things within our sorroundings. So emotional motivation plays very important role in any organization. Properly discussing the target to achieve, Listening to employees issues, Knowing the liking and disliking of individual, Supportive hand in case of emergency are basically some of the emotional motivations. It leads to high degree of confidence in an organization. Employees will be confident to  report  any kind of shortcoming  by sharing their views which will help in  uplifting the organization.

The more are the employees motivated  the more will be the organization efficient. Better efficiency leads to better profit. So its complete in favour of any organization to keep its employees motivated.
