The motivation is the basic phsycological
requirement in professional field.For an Organization its employees are the
main resources which helps to accompalish its goal. So a sensible organization
should outline its strategy to motivate its employees.
The motivation could be Financially,socially,emotionally etc. Certain people often have a assumption of
financially motivation is the greatest of all the motivation. But it is one of
the basic motivating factor which satisfy the monetory need of an employee. Basically it can be said it is
the initial level of motivation. The jobs available in the market are of
different pay scale. These pay scale differences are basically different level
